Liability Limitation: We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be caused by any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond our control.
